Shipping is a flat rate of $5USD for orders below $100USD.
Approximate shipping times (does not include weekends/public holidays)-
a) USA, Canada, UK, Europe*, Asia*, Australia/New Zealand ~ 7 to 21 business days.
b) Mexico, South America*, Philippines, Indonesia, Middle East, South Africa, Rest of the world ~ 7 to 30 business days.
c) Columbia, Kuwait, Russia ~ 20 to 45 business days.
*Exceptions in (c) apply.
--- Orders to Columbia/Kuwait/Lebanon are subject to cancellations if we are unable to find a suitable shipping method. (We have previously encountered problems shipping to these three countries and in general, we try to upgrade shipping at our cost, whenever possible.)
Delayed delivery - in very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected timeframe. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 30 business days (Russia, Lebanon, Kuwait, Columbia - 60 days).
Express Mail via DHL/FEDEX/EMS/ARAMEX (7-12 days):
Available for single items at a flat rate of $28USD. For orders of more than one item, higher shipping fees may apply. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for DHL shipping rates of multiple items. In such cases, we will email you at your given address for confirmation. We generally do not offer DHL for large orders of multiple different items.
If your order is urgent, please email us at email@example.com to confirm that the order will reach you in time for your special event.
*Please note we're not able to ship express to Brazil. Orders made from Brazil will only be shipped by Registered Mail (15 - 30 business days)
Processing Time vs Shipping Time
Please note that processing time (3-5 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time. Orders generally take 3-5 business days to be fully processed (checked, packed, forwarded to logistics and sent forth to the post office).
Canceling an order
Once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel it. However, you may return the item once received to claim your credit.
We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Unclaimed items are subjected to a 30% restocking fee or redelivery fee to cover postage costs.
Custom / Duty Fees
Custom fees are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons:
- Certain items may be on backorder
- Weight restrictions for regular shipping imposed by the post office
- Different designers/warehouse location (we work from multiple warehouses to bring you the best selections at affordable prices)

To track your order, please note the following:
For US orders, you may also log onto www.usps.com and enter the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
For other locations, please log onto http://www.17track.net/index_en.shtml and insert the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
*Please note that the tracking system does not update during the transit period between countries, but it will update again once it’s in your country.
**We are not responsible for items that are lost in the mailing system. All items are shipped out via a trackable method. On the very rare occasion an item is not delivered within 30 business days after it has been shipped, we will reship a new piece via the same delivery method.

Changed your mind? No worries! We'd gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise purchased on mikivintage.com for return or exchange if informed via email(firstname.lastname@example.org) to us within 7 days of receipt; example:
The package was received on 1st April 2015, and you email us by 8th April 2015 informing us of your intent to return/exchange.
Please note: mikivintage does not offer refunds for returned merchandise. Returned merchandise will be issued a credit note for you to pick something else instead!
*Conditions for Returns
In order for us to provide you with a credit note upon your return, the following conditions must be met:
1. In order to process a return/exchange, an email must be sent to us within 7 days of receipt with your Name and Order #.
2. Item(s) must be received within 28 days from the date of delivery to your address. It is the buyer's responsibility to return the item at his/her own cost.
3. Items must be received in its original condition - unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. For swimwear, the hygiene liner must be intact. Note: The package will be inspected upon its return to us. Mikivintage reserves the right to refuse the return if it does not meet these conditions and it will be sent back to the sender at the cost of the sender. You will be notified via email if your item is not suitable for a return.
4. Only store credit will be issued for returned items, excluding any shipping costs incurred. Eg. If the full-priced item is $59USD, and shipping is $10USD (Total: $69USD), only $59USD will be issued as store credit. Shipping costs are fixed and are non-refundable.
5. Only applicable for full-priced items. If a discount code is applied during checkout, the item will not be eligible for returns/exchanges.
Please note -- Items bought with store credit cannot be returned and may only be subject to one-time exchange.
Also -- If 1) and/or 2) above is not met, we reserve the right to reject the return and charge a re-shipping fee.
When I will be receive the credit note?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for your return to be received and processed. We'll send an email confirmation once the return has been received.
Exchange Policy (Download Exchange Form here)
We allow exchanges for the same cost amount of the original items, if the exchange is requested and returned within 28days from the date the package was received. We will not process exchange requests after 28days. For items that differ in value, we will issue store credit or send a separate invoice respectively.
Please email us at email@example.com with the following:
- Order Number, Name, Date Purchased, Item Received, Item you'd like exchanged. Upon receiving the email, we will provide the return address. This is to ensure that we will take note of your exchange. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipment for the return package. Please note we only allow a one-time exchange for orders.
***NOTE: We highly recommend returns/exchanges be shipped via a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items that do not reach us. Please be sure to email us for authorization before sending the items back as we are unfortunately not able to bear responsibility for items that are returned to the wrong address if we are not contacted beforehand.
We are sincerely sorry to hear that there was a manufacturing fault with your garment!
Unfortunately, we do experience manufacturing faults with our garments on rare occasions which are sometimes beyond our control.
In the case of a manufacturing fault we are more than happy to replace or offer a credit note for the items.
Please email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line Faulty Item and provide as many pictures as possible showing clearly the defects on the item. Kindly include your Order Number, Name and Date Purchased for us to find you in our system as quickly as possible.
All items are inspected before being shipped. However, should you receive a wrong item, please contact us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receipt, with clear photographic evidence of the item, package and your order number, and a new piece will be sent to you once we have verified the information. Alternatively, if the item is no longer in stock, store credit will be issued.
Please do not panic if you receive your package and it does not contain all the items ordered. Items are sometimes shipped separately due to weight restrictions/ items are coming from a different warehouse of ours. In such cases, you can check the status of the remaining items when you log in to your account with us. Simply email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item(s) received, and we will get back to you.

We measure all our shoes when we stock them, so please refer to each individual size chart to check your shoe size. For eg. for X pair, you may be a size 7, but for X2, you may be a size 7.5.

Available sizes: US5-US10.
